What should you know about natural asthma inhaler?

Call emergency services if breathing is severely difficult, you cannot speak comfortably, your lips look blue or grey, you become exhausted or confused, or your reliever is not helping as your plan expects. Sit upright, follow your action plan, and do not delay for an herbal remedy. Worsening night symptoms or frequent reliever use also warrants prompt review.
