Free tools for UAE clinics and patients
Zavis publishes seven free tools for UAE healthcare, and none of them needs an account. Five help clinic teams with daily admin: insurance claim rejections, WhatsApp reminders, bilingual intake forms, Google review replies and licence renewal dates. Two answer questions that healthcare professionals and residents ask most often, about getting a Dubai healthcare licence and about the residency visa medical test.

How do the free tools work?
Each tool runs in your browser. The reference content on every page (denial code tables, the WhatsApp template library, the intake form sections, the licence milestones) is readable without signing in and without running anything.
Five tools also have an AI option, marked AI above. You paste something (a rejection narrative, a review, a description of your clinic) and get a draft back: an explanation and a resubmission plan, a bilingual message, a reply or a form. Each AI tool accepts up to five requests an hour from one connection. Treat every draft as a starting point and check it before it goes to a patient, an insurer or a regulator. Remove patient names and ID numbers before you paste anything.
Why tools built for the UAE?
Clinic admin in the UAE has local rules that general software does not cover. Insurance claims go through two different e-claims platforms, eClaimLink in Dubai and Shafafiya in Abu Dhabi, and both reply with the same family of denial codes that few staff can read at a glance. Patients expect messages in Arabic and English. Licences, CME hours and insurer contracts renew on different cycles depending on the emirate and the type of licence.
Each tool takes one of those jobs and makes it quicker. They are free to use as often as you like.
