How does Zavis pricing work when I refer a clinic?
We quote each clinic, clinic group or hospital on its size, its locations and the products it needs. Our team prepares the quote, so you never have to.
What do I earn commission on?
Your tier's rate (10%, 15% or 20%) on the clinic's annual subscription, and 10% of its one-time setup fee. You are paid when the clinic pays.
Is the commission recurring?
No. You earn it once for each deal you bring: your tier's rate on the annual subscription the clinic signs, plus 10% of its setup fee.
How do the tiers work?
Your tier follows how many of your referrals have signed: 5 for Premier, 15 for Strategic. The higher rate applies to every new deal after that.
Can I refer clinic groups and hospitals?
Yes. Refer a single clinic, a clinic group with several branches or a hospital group. A larger group signs a larger annual subscription, so your commission is larger too.
How do I track my referrals and commission?
In your partner dashboard. You get full access from day one: every clinic you refer, its stage, what it pays, what you earn and every payout.
Do I need existing clinic clients to join?
No. Clinic clients help, but you can join and refer the clinics you know.
What if I only want to refer clinics?
That is how the program works. You introduce the clinic; our team does the demo, the sale, the onboarding and the support.
Can I still charge clinics for my own services?
Yes. What you charge for ads, content, websites or advice stays yours.
Can I sell Zavis under my own brand?
No. Clinics sign with Zavis directly, and we bill and support them.
Do I need a company to join?
We sign the partner agreement with a company. Independent referrers apply with their own company and trade licence, or the company they work through.
Is there a fee to join?
No. It is free to join.
