Bring a list of symptoms, medicines and suspected triggers, including whether symptoms improve away from home. Ask the testing service whether antihistamines or other medicines need adjusting beforehand; follow their instructions rather than changing treatment yourself. While waiting, wash bedding regularly, reduce dust-collecting clutter and ventilate rooms when practical. If a pet seems relevant, avoid close exposure while keeping a realistic plan for the household. Testing is most useful when paired with a management plan, not used as a stand-alone answer.
