What should you know about Clark's level melanoma?

Clark levels are a microscopic description of invasion through the skin. The levels move from melanoma confined near the outer layer to melanoma reaching deeper structures. Modern assessment considers features such as measured tumour thickness, ulceration, lymph-node findings, and whether disease has travelled to another part of the body.
