What the bumps may be

A whitehead is a closed pore containing oil and dead skin cells. Multiple flesh-coloured bumps may fit comedonal acne, but milia are small keratin cysts and do not respond to acne products in the same way. What to try

Do not squeeze or lance lesions. Professional acne extraction may help selected lesions, but it should be performed hygienically and is not a substitute for preventing new blockage. Keep hair products away from the face and remove makeup before sleep.
