What should you know about caffeine irregular heartbeat?

An irregular heartbeat may feel like fluttering, skipped beats, pauses or an uneven pulse. Caffeine stimulates the nervous system and can make these sensations more noticeable, especially with poor sleep, stress, dehydration or other stimulants. The sensation does not establish atrial fibrillation, and an irregular feeling can have several explanations.
