Testicular pain can mean the testicle has twisted and lost its blood supply. The testicle can usually be saved if surgery happens within about six hours.
Go now if any of these apply
- Sudden, severe pain in one testicle
- Swelling, redness, or a testicle sitting higher than usual
- Nausea or vomiting with the pain
- Abdominal pain alongside the testicular pain
- Pain that woke you from sleep
