What should you know about tired and headache?

Short answer
Tiredness with a headache is often linked to sleep loss, dehydration, infection, heat, congestion, or stress, but warning signs need prompt assessment.
This answers one question. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace an assessment by a licensed doctor.

Possible explanations
A headache may occur with a common cold, COVID-19, allergic rhinitis, or chronic sinusitis when congestion and inflammation affect the nose and nearby spaces. Dehydration and heat exhaustion can cause headache with thirst, dark urine, dizziness, weakness, nausea, or heavy sweating. Anxiety and poor sleep can tighten head and neck muscles and leave you drained. Dengue fever is another possibility in some settings, particularly when fever, marked body aches, nausea, or a rash are present. The symptom pair does not identify one condition by itself.
What you can do now
Rest in a cool, quiet place, drink fluids gradually, eat if you have missed meals, and reduce bright screens while symptoms settle. Record when the headache began, where it is felt, its severity, fever, congestion, heat exposure, and any medicine taken. Use medicines only as directed on the label or by a clinician, and ask a pharmacist if pregnancy, chronic illness, or other medicines affect your choices. Arrange review if headaches recur or do not settle.
When urgent care is needed
Seek emergency help for a sudden severe headache, new weakness or numbness, confusion, fainting, seizure, stiff neck with fever, trouble speaking, vision loss, or repeated vomiting. After heat exposure, urgent assessment is needed for confusion, collapse, inability to drink, or worsening weakness. Prompt medical advice is appropriate for a persistent fever, rash, bleeding, severe eye pain, or a headache that is new and progressively worsening.

Could congestion, dehydration, heat, infection, stress, or a medicine explain this pattern? Do I need an examination or testing? Which changes in the headache should prompt urgent care?
