Suna headache

Suna is not a standard medical diagnosis, so the details matter. Pain after outdoor heat may occur with dehydration or heat exhaustion, while blocked or runny nasal passages can accompany allergic rhinitis, a common cold, or chronic sinusitis. Fever, body aches, or recent exposure to infection may point elsewhere. Stress, poor sleep, and muscle tension can also contribute. A headache alone does not identify one condition, and its timing, location, severity, associated symptoms, and pattern over time help guide assessment.

Rest somewhere cool and dim, drink fluids gradually, and reduce screen glare and strong smells. Eat a light meal if you have missed food. Keep a note of when the pain began, possible heat exposure, sleep, fluids, fever, nasal symptoms, and medicines taken. Use only pain relief that is suitable for you and follow the package directions; ask a pharmacist if you have medical conditions or take regular medicines. Avoid repeating doses too often.

Get emergency help for a sudden explosive headache, new weakness or numbness, facial drooping, trouble speaking, confusion, fainting, seizure, a stiff neck with fever, or severe breathing difficulty. Seek prompt review for a new persistent headache, repeated vomiting, worsening pain after heat exposure, a significant fever, or a headache after a head injury. Assessment is also sensible when headaches keep returning or are changing from your usual pattern.

Ask which features suggest dehydration, heat exhaustion, sinus symptoms, infection, or migraine; whether an examination is needed; and which pain medicines are appropriate. Bring your symptom diary and mention pregnancy, regular medicines, and relevant recent travel or outdoor exposure.
