Can subcision treat ice-pick scars?

Ice-pick scars are small openings that extend deeply into the skin. Subcision uses a needle or similar instrument beneath the surface to release bands that tether a depressed scar; it does not simply fill a narrow, deep channel. Rolling scars are more often associated with this tethering pattern, whereas ice-pick scars may need a technique directed at the individual opening or surface texture.
