A spa session is not the same as a medical diagnosis, and a glowing panel cannot identify the cause of pimples, redness, or irritation. Mild warmth or temporary redness can occur; stop and report pain, blistering, visual symptoms, or a persistent reaction. LED should complement, not replace, an acne plan when acne is the underlying condition.

Get medical advice for painful nodules, scarring acne, a rapidly changing rash, or symptoms that do not fit ordinary pimples. Seek urgent help for eye pain or vision change after treatment, facial swelling, blistering, or breathing difficulty. A dermatologist can check whether light treatment is suitable and whether another diagnosis needs attention.
