Small Blackheads on Nose: What They Mean and What to Do

Small blackheads on the nose are open clogged pores that contain oil and shed skin cells, not dirt trapped in the skin. The dark surface develops when the material in a pore meets air. They may be easier to see on the nose because this area has many oil-producing pores.
