How to reduce wrinkles at the outer corners of the eyes

The outer eye area creases when you smile or squint because the skin folds with movement. Over time, lines may remain visible at rest. Sun exposure can reduce skin resilience, while dryness highlights fine texture. These lines are commonly called Crow's Feet. A clinician also checks for irritation, eyelid disease, or a changing skin lesion when the appearance is unusual.

Apply sunscreen around, but not inside, the eye area and use sunglasses to reduce squinting in bright light.
