Radiesse is a calcium hydroxylapatite injectable that is firm and may stimulate collagen, properties that are not automatically suitable beneath the eyes. Product visibility, contour irregularity, swelling, and injury to nearby structures are concerns to discuss.

A clinician may recommend no injection, address adjacent support, or compare a different Dermal Filler or collagen biostimulator. Calcium Hydroxylapatite Filler and Poly-L-Lactic Acid Filler have different characteristics and should not be treated as interchangeable.
