What should you know about PDO thread treatment?

A clinician inserts threads through small access points and positions them in a planned pattern. The material gradually breaks down while the treated tissue heals around it. Depending on the thread design and body area, the goal may be gentle lifting, support or improved definition rather than a dramatic change.

Treatment is different from a surgical lift. It does not remove excess skin and may not correct substantial laxity. The consultation should match the technique to the area being treated, your skin quality and the result you want.

Choose a qualified medical practitioner and ask to see a treatment plan for your anatomy. Mention medicines, allergies, bleeding problems, active infection, previous procedures and any history of difficult healing.
