Morpheus8 for stretch marks: before and after

Stretch marks form when deeper skin structures change as the body grows or the skin stretches. Morpheus8 creates tiny treatment channels and controlled heat at chosen depths. Healing can encourage collagen remodelling, which may make an area look smoother or less contrasted. It does not erase the mark or restore skin to an untouched appearance.

The starting colour and age of the marks, body site, skin tone, hormonal changes and treatment settings influence the response. Fresh red or purple marks can look different from older pale marks. Early redness, swelling, dots, dryness or temporary darkening can make a post-treatment photograph misleading.

Have the area examined before treatment, especially if the marks are changing, itchy, painful or newly appearing without an obvious stretch. Tell the clinician about pregnancy or breastfeeding, medicines, tanning, active rash, infection and a history of raised scars. Do not apply unapproved acids, retinoids or fragranced products to freshly treated skin.

Get urgent help for trouble breathing, facial swelling, faintness or widespread hives. A new rapidly changing mark should be assessed before an aesthetic procedure rather than treated from photographs alone.
