A device passes sterile needles over the skin to create tiny, controlled openings. The resulting repair process can support collagen remodelling. It is a treatment for skin quality, not a way to inject products deeply or remove every mark. The result depends on the concern being treated, needle depth, skin tone, and healing response.

A clinician may delay treatment over active infection, inflamed acne, eczema, or an unhealed wound.
