What should you know about microneedling aparat?

Aparat means a device or machine. In practice, this may refer to a motorised microneedling handpiece or pen rather than a separate medical treatment. The practitioner selects needle depth and speed according to the treatment area, skin condition, and goal.

The needles make tiny channels in the surface layers of skin. Healing signals then encourage gradual remodeling, which can soften uneven texture and the appearance of some acne scars. Skin may look red and feel warm, tight, or mildly swollen afterward. Flaking or sensitivity can follow for several days.

After treatment, use the recommended gentle cleanser and moisturiser, avoid picking or scrubbing, and protect the treated area from direct sun. Do not apply makeup or active skincare until the clinician says the skin barrier is ready.

Results develop gradually as the skin heals, and more than one appointment may be suggested. The outcome depends on the concern being treated, needle settings, skin type, aftercare, and whether another treatment is more suitable. Sun-damaged skin and melasma need particularly careful planning because irritation can sometimes deepen pigmentation.

Contact the treating clinic promptly if pain, swelling, heat, redness, or drainage is worsening rather than settling, or if blisters, spreading rash, fever, or marked tenderness develops. Seek urgent medical help for facial swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, or for signs of a severe allergic reaction.

Arrange review if persistent darkening, pale patches, scarring, or a prolonged change in skin texture appears. These changes may need a different treatment plan, especially when the original concern was pigmentation.
