Headache and weakness: what to know

Short answer
Headache and weakness can occur together with infection, dehydration, heat exposure, stress, or a more serious medical problem, so the pattern and other symptoms matter.
This answers one question. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace an assessment by a licensed doctor.

What it may mean
A viral illness may bring headache, tiredness, fever, cough, sore throat, or body aches; see Common Cold or COVID-19 for related symptoms. Fluid loss, sweating, vomiting, diarrhoea, or prolonged heat can contribute to Dehydration or Heat Exhaustion. Nasal blockage and facial pressure can occur with Allergic Rhinitis or Chronic Sinusitis. Dengue Fever may cause fever, marked aches, headache, and weakness, particularly after mosquito exposure. Anxiety and poor sleep can also intensify muscle tension and fatigue, but new or severe weakness deserves attention.
What you can do now
Rest somewhere cool and quiet, drink fluids in small frequent amounts if you can, and eat a light meal if you have missed food. Avoid driving while weak or dizzy. Note when the headache began, where it is located, its severity, fever, recent heat exposure, travel, medicines, and whether weakness is general or affects one side. Do not exceed label directions for pain medicine, and ask a pharmacist if you have other conditions or take regular medicines.
When to seek care
Seek emergency help for sudden severe headache, one-sided weakness, facial drooping, trouble speaking, confusion, fainting, seizure, stiff neck with fever, repeated vomiting, breathing difficulty, or a new headache after a head injury. Arrange prompt medical assessment if weakness is worsening, the headache keeps returning, you cannot keep fluids down, or fever and severe body aches develop. A clinician can check neurological function, hydration, temperature, and other relevant signs.

Could my medicines, blood pressure, hydration, sleep, or an infection explain this combination? What changes should prompt urgent reassessment?
