What should you know about hair microneedling?

A clinician examines the scalp and discusses shedding, thinning, medicines and previous skin reactions. The treatment area is cleaned, and a numbing product may be used. A Microneedling Pen is moved across selected scalp areas so its needles create controlled openings at a planned setting. Mild pinpoint bleeding, redness, tightness or tenderness may follow.
