Under-eye fullness can reflect a prominent fat pad, fluid retention, hollowness, skin laxity, pigmentation, or a combination of these. A thread lift is designed to place absorbable threads in tissue to provide support and stimulate a healing response; it does not remove fat or replace lost volume.
