How it helps

Dioralyte is an oral rehydration solution designed to help the gut absorb water and salts. Vomiting can lead to dehydration and may occur with Gastroenteritis, Food Poisoning, Rotavirus Infection, Migraine, Gallstones, Pancreatitis, or Meningitis. The drink supports fluid replacement but does not diagnose or treat these causes.

Taking small amounts

Mix the sachet exactly as directed. Once retching settles, take tiny, frequent sips; increasing the amount gradually is often easier than drinking a full glass. Avoid alcohol and very sugary drinks.
