Choose a qualified provider who opens or prepares sterile single-use needle cartridges appropriately and explains cleaning, depth and aftercare. Mention active skin disease, blood-thinning medicines, cold sores, poor wound healing and a tendency toward raised scars. Avoid treatment over broken, infected, sunburned or actively inflamed skin. Afterward, keep hands off the area, wash gently and use only the products advised while the small channels close.
