Dark skin spots on the inner thighs: what to know

Skin rubbing during walking, tight clothing, sweat, or shaving can irritate hair follicles. After irritation settles, extra pigment may remain even when the original bumps are gone. Small raised or itchy spots can fit folliculitis, while recurring tender bumps may need a different assessment.
