What should you know about dark red circle?

A sharply outlined circle may follow contact with a product, plant, adhesive, or fabric. Heat and sweating can produce a red, irritated area, while sun exposure can leave tender redness. Scaly or itchy skin can occur with inflammatory conditions such as contact dermatitis, psoriasis, or rosacea. A warm, painful area that expands can be a presentation of cellulitis and needs prompt medical assessment. The appearance alone cannot identify the cause.
