What should you know about cloudy pee while pregnant?

A pale sample can look hazy after mild dehydration, while mucus or vaginal discharge may mix with urine in the toilet. Cloudiness with burning, frequent urination, lower abdominal discomfort, or a strong smell can fit a urinary tract infection. Fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, or pain in the side or back can suggest that infection has reached the kidneys.
