Camel mastitis and human breast health

Short answer
Camel mastitis is an animal udder condition and is not the name of a distinct human breast disease.
This answers one question. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace an assessment by a licensed doctor.

Animal mastitis versus human mastitis
In camels, mastitis means inflammation of udder tissue and may be associated with infection. It is assessed and treated by a veterinarian. In people, mastitis refers to breast inflammation, often during breastfeeding, and can present with a painful, hot or reddened area, swelling and flu-like illness. A camel's diagnosis does not establish the cause of breast symptoms in a person, and animal medicines or milk treatments must never be used on a human breast.
Food, handling and personal care
Do not drink raw milk from an animal known or suspected to have mastitis. Avoid direct contact between broken skin and udder secretions, wash hands after handling animals or milk, and clean contaminated equipment using appropriate farm procedures. A veterinarian should advise on the camel, milk disposal and herd precautions. If you drank raw camel milk or had occupational exposure and later became unwell, tell your clinician exactly what the exposure involved.
For breast pain, warmth, redness or a new lump, arrange assessment with a healthcare professional. Mention breastfeeding, nipple damage, fever, discharge, recent animal contact and raw-milk exposure. If you are lactating, continue gentle, comfortable milk removal unless your clinician advises otherwise; forceful massage and repeated attempts to empty the breast can aggravate swelling. A lactation consultation can help address attachment, positioning and milk-flow difficulties.
When medical attention is urgent
Obtain prompt care for spreading breast redness, worsening pain, fever with marked weakness, or a soft swelling that might contain fluid. Emergency assessment is needed for confusion, fainting, breathing difficulty or severe dehydration. After consuming raw camel milk, report persistent fever, severe diarrhoea, repeated vomiting or significant weakness to a clinician and name the exposure rather than attempting to treat yourself with veterinary products.
Details worth discussing
Ask whether your breast findings fit inflammatory mastitis, whether a collection needs imaging, and how to feed or express comfortably. Explain when animal contact or raw-milk intake occurred and whether anyone else became ill. Your human clinician can assess you; questions about testing the camel, treating its udder or deciding when its milk is usable belong with a veterinarian.
