Angioedema without anaphylaxis: what it means

Angioedema is deeper swelling beneath the skin or lining tissues, often affecting the lips, eyelids, face, hands, feet, or genitals. Anaphylaxis is a severe systemic reaction that may involve breathing or circulation as well as skin or digestive symptoms.
