• I've been a loyal customer since their Hawally location and continued till their Kipco branch, and while the clinic got 10 times more beautiful and aesthetic, their call center has gotten very slow, the whatsapp is neglected, calls are constantly missed and whenever I complain I never truly get a justification it's just "okay so when do you want your next appointment?".
• One star for the parking and one star for the random man with a shopping cart who pressed the elevator button for me.
