Some countries use yellow fever certificates as part of entry health requirements. Get clinical advice before vaccination if you are pregnant, have an immune condition, take medicines that suppress immunity, or have had a serious vaccine reaction. Seek urgent care for fever after travel to a mosquito-risk area, especially with severe headache, ongoing vomiting, yellowing of the eyes or skin, bleeding, or confusion. Share your itinerary and vaccine record with the clinician.
