What should you know about yellow chemical peel?

Yellow describes the appearance of some peel formulas, not one universal recipe. The product may contain acids or other active ingredients selected for concerns such as Acne, Comedonal Acne, Melasma, Sun Spots or Sun-Damaged Skin. During treatment, the skin may feel warm, tingly or tight; afterward it may look red, dry or darker before it settles. Keratosis Pilaris and Post-Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation may need a different plan, particularly if the skin is easily irritated or prone to pigment change.

Have a qualified clinician review your skin, current products, recent sun exposure and history of reactions before treatment.
