Yeast body rash: what it may mean

Yeast-related rashes favor areas where heat, sweat, and skin contact keep moisture against the body. They may be red or darker than surrounding skin, itchy or burning, and sometimes develop a moist surface or smaller spots around the main area. A rash on the body can also come from contact dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, heat rash, ringworm, scabies, or a drug eruption.
