Which specialist performs childhood immunisation?

The clinician checks your child's vaccination record, age, health history, allergies and any recent illness. They confirm which vaccine is due, explain expected reactions and answer questions before consent. A nurse may give the injection, while the doctor remains responsible for the clinical assessment and decisions about timing.

Bring the child's immunisation card and a list of regular medicines or known allergies.
