Viscoderm products are placed through a series of small injections selected for the area and treatment plan. Hyaluronic acid attracts water and can support a smoother, more hydrated appearance. The aim is skin quality, not changing facial identity or adding the same projection associated with a volumising filler. The formulation, concentration, injection pattern, and approved treatment area should be confirmed with the clinician.

Pinpoint bleeding, swelling, tenderness, bruising, or small bumps can occur after injections. Skin quality changes are assessed after the product has settled. Treatment may be considered for signs of dryness or photoaging, but it cannot erase every line or replace daily sun protection.

Tell the injector about allergies, active infection, cold sores, previous filler reactions, pregnancy, autoimmune disease, dental work, and medicines or supplements that affect bleeding. Do not inject through inflamed or infected skin. After treatment, avoid pressing or massaging the area unless instructed, keep it clean, and limit strenuous heat exposure while swelling is present. Follow the clinic's advice about makeup, exercise, alcohol, and sun exposure. Keep the product name and batch information if the clinic provides it.

Contact the injector urgently for unusual or worsening pain, pale or mottled skin, increasing swelling, or changes in vision after facial injections. Emergency help is needed for breathing difficulty, tongue or throat swelling, or collapse. Increasing redness, warmth, pus, or fever may indicate infection and should be assessed promptly.
