What should you know about theragun tens unit?

TENS sends controlled pulses through adhesive pads placed on the skin. You may feel tingling, tapping, or a mild buzzing sensation; it should not feel sharply painful. The effect can differ depending on the pain source, electrode position, skin condition, and settings. TENS is a comfort tool, not a way to diagnose an injury or restore damaged tissue.

Follow the device instructions and, when possible, ask a clinician to demonstrate pad placement. Use intact skin and keep pads away from the front or sides of the neck, head, eyes, and broken skin. Do not use it while driving, bathing, sleeping, or operating machinery. People with implanted electrical devices, pregnancy-related questions, reduced sensation, or seizure history should obtain individual medical advice before use. Stop the device for skin irritation, dizziness, unusual pain, or worsening symptoms. Seek urgent assessment for chest pain, breathing difficulty, sudden weakness, new loss of bladder or bowel control, or severe pain after trauma. Persistent pain deserves evaluation even when stimulation provides short-lived relief.
