Shoulder pain during ovulation

Note whether the pain is one-sided, linked to movement, or accompanied by neck symptoms. Movement-related pain may come from Rotator Cuff Tendinitis, Shoulder Impingement, Frozen Shoulder, or another shoulder problem. Pain with tingling into the arm can occur with Cervical Radiculopathy. Calcific Tendinitis, Rotator Cuff Tear, and Shoulder Osteoarthritis have their own shoulder patterns and are not diagnosed by menstrual timing. New abdominal or chest symptoms change the urgency and should not be attributed to ovulation without assessment.

Keep a simple cycle and symptom diary: date, side, movement triggers, bleeding, abdominal symptoms, chest symptoms, and any numbness. Seek urgent help for sudden severe shoulder pain with chest pressure, breathlessness, faintness, heavy bleeding, severe abdominal pain, or feeling very unwell.
