Seminoma is a tumour diagnosis used in veterinary medicine as well as human medicine. In dogs it usually concerns testicular tissue, particularly when an enlarged testicle, an uneven scrotal appearance, or a firm mass is noticed. A visible change does not establish the tumour type; infection, injury, hormonal changes, and other growths can look similar.
