What should you know about same day chlamydia test?

Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted infection that may cause no noticeable symptoms. Testing may use a urine sample or a swab, depending on the body site and the service assessing you. Painful urination, unusual vaginal discharge or bleeding between periods can have several causes, so symptoms alone cannot confirm chlamydia. Ask whether other STI screening is appropriate for your sexual history and exposure sites.
