What should you know about ringworm on knee cap?

A clinician or pharmacist can advise whether topical antifungal treatment fits the site and appearance. More extensive, recurrent, or difficult-to-treat infection may need oral antifungal treatment prescribed after assessment.

Arrange medical review if the rash is rapidly spreading, painful, warm, draining, or accompanied by fever. Seek advice sooner if you have diabetes, reduced immunity, or a condition that makes skin healing difficult.
