Rennie for indigestion

Indigestion, also called dyspepsia, can cause upper abdominal discomfort, early fullness, bloating, belching, nausea, or burning after eating. Acid Reflux, Gastritis, a Hiatus Hernia, a Peptic Ulcer, Gallstones, or Helicobacter Pylori Infection can produce overlapping symptoms. Rennie is an antacid that neutralises acid in the stomach; it may help acid-related discomfort but cannot identify or remove every underlying cause.

Follow the pack directions and ask a pharmacist about interactions, kidney problems, pregnancy, or frequent use. Eat slowly, choose smaller meals, and notice whether rich foods, alcohol, caffeine, or late eating trigger symptoms. Avoid lying down soon after eating. Keep a brief symptom record, including pain location, vomiting, bowel changes, and relation to meals. Repeated symptoms may need Acid Reflux Medication or a clinical assessment.

Seek urgent help for severe or worsening abdominal pain, chest pain, fainting, breathlessness, vomiting blood, black stools, or a hard swollen abdomen.
