What should you know about propranolol rash?

A drug rash may appear after a new medicine or dose change, but timing does not prove cause. Contact dermatitis follows exposure to an irritant or allergen; heat rash affects sweaty areas; intertrigo develops where skin rubs together. Ringworm often forms a scaly expanding edge, while psoriasis can create well-defined scaly plaques.
