What should you know about plasma pen for scars?

Scars differ: an acne scar with a dip, a raised scar, a firm surgical line, and a scar with altered colour do not respond in the same way. A plasma device creates tiny points of thermal injury, followed by a healing response. This may soften the look of some surface irregularity, but it does not recreate missing tissue or erase a scar.
