Kojic Acid for Dark Circles: What to Know

Under-eye darkness can reflect surface pigment, visible vessels, thin skin, shadow from Tear Trough Hollows, or irritation from conditions such as Atopic Dermatitis. A pigment inhibitor will not fill a hollow or change a structural shadow. Rubbing the eyes, allergies, and harsh cosmetics can add inflammation and make the area look darker.
