Hurix and motion sickness: what to know

Cars, boats, aircraft, rides, and virtual-reality movement can trigger this mismatch. Symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, sweating, pale skin, dizziness, headache, or increased saliva. Hurix may refer to a product used for travel sickness; check its exact ingredients and instructions because products with similar names can differ.

Motion sickness is usually linked to movement, but severe or persistent symptoms can have another cause. Pregnancy, migraine, inner-ear disorders, infection, and medicine effects may also produce nausea or dizziness.

Look toward the horizon, choose a seat with less movement, keep fresh air circulating, and avoid reading or using a screen during travel. Small sips of water and light food may be easier than a heavy meal. Avoid alcohol, and ask a pharmacist or clinician whether a motion-sickness medicine is suitable before taking it; some can cause drowsiness and affect driving.
