How does EMS body sculpting work?

A treatment applicator rests against the target area while a HIFEM Device sends controlled pulses through the skin. These pulses make the muscle contract and relax repeatedly, more intensely than ordinary voluntary exercise. The session is adjusted to your comfort and the treated muscle group. You may feel strong tightening, tapping, or vibration, followed by fatigue similar to a demanding workout.

The aim is muscle stimulation and body contouring, not general weight loss. It may be considered for areas such as the abdomen, buttocks, arms, or thighs, depending on the device and your assessment. Changes in muscle tone and the appearance of Stubborn Fat Pockets can differ between people.
