Heat rash on the face in adults

Heat rash may appear along the forehead, hairline, cheeks, or neck when sweat ducts become blocked. The skin can itch, sting, or feel rough, with tiny bumps or small clear spots. Cosmetics, sunscreen, headwear, and hair products may add warmth or occlusion. Cool the face with a clean, cool compress and rinse away sweat with lukewarm water.
