What should men know about fat transfer?

A clinician removes fat from a donor area such as the abdomen, flanks, or thighs, processes it, and places small amounts where added contour is wanted. The transferred tissue may be used for facial hollows, scars, or body shaping. Your existing proportions, skin quality, available donor fat, and desired change affect the plan.
