What should you know about eye plasma pen?

A plasma device generates a small electrical discharge above the skin. The resulting heat creates tiny treated points, followed by a healing phase in which the surface settles. Near the eyelids, swelling, crusting, redness, pigment change, infection and accidental eye injury are concerns.
