What should you know about extremely cold hands all the time?

Cold hands may follow exposure to air conditioning or cold water, with blood vessels narrowing to conserve heat. Persistent symptoms can occur with anaemia, including iron deficiency anaemia, particularly when fatigue, breathlessness or paleness are present. Hypothyroidism may present with cold sensitivity, tiredness, dry skin or constipation.
